8月29日:经济技术开发区河西区X78C2地块被龙湖(00960.HK)以人民币9.65亿元夺得。该宗地为综合性商业金融服务业用地,地块面积为4.23万平方米,规划建筑面积为8.46万平方米,地块起始价为9.5亿元。

On 29 August: Longfor (00960.HK) acquired the land plot X78C2 in Hexi District, Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ) for RMB965 million. It is a mixed-use land designated for commercial and financial services use with a total land area of 42,300 sqm, a planned gross floor area of 84,600 sqm, and a reserved price of RMB950 million.

大悦城地产转让上海长风及西安曲江项目

Joy City Property transferred Shanghai Changfeng and Xi’an Qujiang Projects

8月30日:大悦城地产有限公司(00207.HK)发布公告,称其已与合伙公司签订重组框架协议,以人民币23.1亿元转让上海长风及西安曲江项目。其中,长风物业包括位于上海普陀区大渡河路196号的长风大悦城项目。

On 30 August: Joy City Property Limited (00207.HK) announced that it has signed restructuring framework agreements with partnership companies to transfer the ownership of Shanghai Changfeng and Xi’an Qujiang projects for RMB2.31 billion. Amongst, Changfeng’s property includes Changfeng Joy City located at No.196 on Dadu River Road in Putuo District, Shanghai.

Keppel Land acquired Beijing Zhongguancun Shangdi NEO for RMB179 million

9月2日:吉宝置业中国有限公司官网消息称以人民币1. 79亿元收购北京海淀区中关村上地NEO项目。上地NEO坐落于中关村外延区域的上地信息产业园,距离地铁西二旗站(地铁13号线与昌平线的转换站)仅250米。该办公楼共有五层办公空间,净租赁面积为4,241平方米,将由唯一租户办伴(Distrii)租用。

On 2 September: Keppel Land China announced in their official website that the company acquired the Beijing Zhongguancun Shangdi NEO Project for RMB179 million. Shangdi NEO is located in Shangdi Information Industry Base, only 250 metres away from Xierqi Subway Station (the interchange station of subway line 13 and Changping line). The five-storey office building has a total office leasing space of 4,241 sqm and will be leased to Distrii.

昌兴国际出售广州东方文德广场项目公司55%股权

Prosperity International sold 55% equity in Guangzhou Oriental Landmark

9月3日:昌兴国际控股(香港)有限公司(00803.HK)发布公告称,公司间接全资附属公司广州义德向富春投资出售富春东方55%股权,代价为人民币5.47亿元。东方文德广场位于广州市越秀区传统商圈北京路步行街附近,是集商业、写字楼、公寓于一身的文化艺术交易中心。

On 3 September: Prosperity International Holdings (H.K.) Limited (00803.HK) announced to sell 55% equity interests in Fuchun Dongfang to Fuchun Investment for RMB547 million through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Bliss Hero. Located close to the traditional commercial area Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou Oriental Landmark is a Cultural, Art and Trading Centre comprising of retail, office and apartments.

Shanghai STVC acquired a commercial plot in Jing’an, Shanghai

9月6日:上海科技创业投资(集团)有限公司以人民币2.93亿元摘得上海静安一商办地,溢价率0.69%。该地块位于静安区南西街道,占地面积为2,173平方米,地上建筑面积为4,454.65平方米,容积率2.05。

On 6 September: Shanghai STVC Group acquired a commercial plot in Jing’an, Shanghai for RMB293 million with a premium rate of 0.69%. Located in Nanjing West Road area of Jing’an, the plot has a land area of 2,173 sqm and a total GFA of 4,454.65 sqm above ground with a plot ratio of 2.05.

毅德控股转让20.7亿股份

Hydoo International Holding transferred 2.07 billion shares

9月11日:毅德国际控股有限公司(01396.HK)发布公告表示,中国粤港湾区控股有限公司以6.31亿港元收购公司20.7亿股股份。完成收购后,中国粤港湾区控股及其一致行动人士实益拥有20.7亿股股份,相当于公司于公告日期全部已发行股本约51.56%。

On 11 September: Hydoo International Holding (01396.HK) announced that China Guangdong-Hong Kong Greater Bay Area Holdings acquired 2.07 billion shares of the company for HK Dollar 631 million. After the acquisition, China Guangdong-Hongkong Greater Bay Area Holdings and parties acting in concert with it beneficially own 2.07 billion shares, representing approximately 51.56% of the total issued share capital of Hydoo International Holding as at the date of this announcement.
